No you need a partner or friend

We encourge people to come with a friend, or as a couple.

  • Bringing a partner is helpful but you could also bring a friend instead
  • We encourage couples or friends where possible to keep the class flowing smoothly.
  • Stuart and Lorraine dance with students throughout the lesson to ensure everyone is supported.

What should I wear to class?

  • Ladies: Trousers or a loose skirt, t‑shirt or vest top, and a formal shoe (max 3‑inch heel).
  • Men: A formal suit shoe is recommended for comfort and movement.
  • No trainers 👟 — they grip the floor and make turning difficult.
